Manipur’s COVID-19 situation continues to be grim as the State on Sunday logged as many as 14 deaths relating to the deadly disease.     

With these 14 new COVID-19 deaths, Manipur’s COVID-19 death tally currently stands at 688.    

On the other hand, Manipur registered over 760 new COVID-19 cases.     

As many as 767 new COVID-19 cases have emerged in Manipur.

Of these 767 new cases, 398 are male and 369 are female.      

With the detection of these 767 new COVID-19 cases, Manipur’s active cases tally has jumped to 6534.    

Of the total 6534 active COVID-19 cases in Manipur, 6452 are from the general public and 82 are from the Central Armed Paramilitary Forces deployed in the State.    

Meanwhile, the total COVID–19 cases in Manipur have also risen to 44089.

As many as 609 persons have also recovered from COVID-19.        

Manipur’s COVID-19 recovery rate stands at 83.61%
