Female voters in Mizoram outnumbered their male counterparts by a margin of 23,492, an election official said.ย
According to the final roll published on Saturday, there are altogether 8,33,426 voters, including 4,28,459 females, the official said.ย

The number of voters increased to 17,288 from 8,16,138 of the last finalย rollย published in January lastย year.ย
Aizawl district with 12 assembly constituencies has the highest number of voters at 2,76,155 followed byย Lungleiย district, which has 97,303 electorates.ย ย

Hnahthialย district, which was created in 2019, has the least electorates at 15,730.ย ย
There is only one assembly constituency inย Hnahthialย district.ย
West Mizoramโs Mamit district has 709,861 voters,ย Kolasibย district (62,610),ย Champhaiย district (55,357),ย Serchhipย district (52,952),ย Lawngtlaiย district (87,608),ย Siahaย (43,015),ย Saitualย (54,585) andย Khawzawlย district has 17,250 voters.ย
