High Court of Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class (Grade-III) in the cadre of Meghalaya Judicial Service by way of direct recruitment in 2026.

Qualification :
Must be a holder of degree in law granted by a recognized University established by law in India. The candidates must have practiced for a minimum period of 3 (three) years .
Pay Scale: The pay scale for the said post is in the pay level J-1 of Pay Matrix i.e. Rs. 77,840/-p.m. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules.
Age Limit : Must not have attained the age of 35 years and also must not have completed as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications 38 years of age in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes and 35 years of age in the case of others.
