Eligibility Criteria :
(a) First-class (60%) in respective Trade and have National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued
by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
(b) Should have completed Apprenticeship and have a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) under the respective trade issued by Directorate General of Training (DGT).
