Tezpur University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Academic Officer (01) for the Centre for Professional Development & Training (CPDT) on contract basis in 2026.

Qualification:
Good academic record with a Master’s Degree in any subject having at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
Desirable:
At least Five (05) years in organizing offline & online professional/faculty development training programmes of Govt. of India in a recognized university/institute.
Pay:
Rs. 50,000.00 (Rupees Fifty thousand) only (fixed) Per Month.
Age limit:
Not exceeding Forty Five (45) years as on the last date of submission of the application. (Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per Govt. of India Rules).
Job Roles :
To carry out the mandated training and academic programmes including :
i. Preparing planning, coordinating and organizing events (Offline as well as online);
ii. Preparing learning and publicity materials;
iii.Assessing and evaluating participants as per guidelines;
iv. Developing curriculum/modules of various programmes;
v. Preparing certificates and reports;
vi. Managing & maintaining social-networking handles and other activities as required.
