Essential Qualification :
Quality Management :
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Working knowledge of QA/QC procedures, BIS/IRC/IS codes and familiarity with documentation and inspection processes, knowledge in MS Office, Auto CAD, GIS.
Law : Law Graduate. 2 years of experience of practice with Senior Advocate of High Court.
Data Science :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science/Statistics. Proficiency in Python/ R/SQL/Java. Experience in data manipulation tools like Pandas/ NumPy/Tableau/Power BI. Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow/Scikit-learn) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). Expertise in ETL Processes and familiarity with tools like Talend/ Apache NiFi. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Full Stack Developer :
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT) OR M.E./ M.Tech in CSE / IT OR MCA from recognized University/Institution or
equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience as Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in end-to-end web application development including frontend, backend, database management, API integration, deployment and maintenance of web-based solutions.
Public Relations : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, Digital Media, Communication or related disciplines
Nazrat : Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, basic IT tools)
Executive Assistant to Chairman : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Executive Assistant to Secretary : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
HR :
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) / Social Work / Psychology or any other discipline from a recognized university. Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally &
Strong written and verbal communication. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR functions related to Recruitment and selection processes (end-to-end hiring), Policy formulation support and drafting HR documentation and Employee handling and employee relations.
Library :
Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science (B.Lib.I.Sc.). Minimum 1 year of experience in library management, digital libraries or institutional repositories.
Climate Change :
Post Graduate Degree in Climate Change / Environmental Engineering /Water Resources Engineering / Hydrology / Earth Sciences / Environmental Sciences or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 (Two) years of experience in climate data analysis, climate risk/ vulnerability assessment, or climate related studies in the water resources sector.
Survey & Investigation :
Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering / Geo-informatics / Surveying / Remote Sensing & GIS or equivalent. Minimum 2 (Two) years of experience in topographical, hydrographic, geotechnical, or hydrological surveys.
Non-Structural Measures :
Post Graduate Degree in Disaster Management / Water Resources Engineering / Urban & Regional Planning / Environmental Planning / Geography or equivalent. Minimum 2 (Two) years of experience in flood forecasting, floodplain zoning, early warning systems, risk communication, or disaster risk reduction.
Modeling :
BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ Computer Science Engineering. Experience in Implementing Hydrodynamic Model. Experience in Developing Graphical user Interface. Minimum 1 year of experience in River Flow Modeling
Hindi Translator :
Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level, securing at least 50% marks from a recognized University. Minimum 1 year of experience in translation work from English to Hindi and vice versa.
Accounts :
Bachelors’ Degree in Finance / Accounts / Commerce from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Accounts / Audit. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Hospitality Management :
Master or Graduate in Hotel Management or any management discipline. Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Hospitality.
GIS & Remote Sensing :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing, Geography, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering or a related filed. Proficiency with minimum 6 months working experience of ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine or ENVI etc.
Co-ordination :
Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Political Science, Environmental Studies, Water Resources or a related field. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Good drafting, documentation and coordination skills. Prior experience/ internship of 1-2 years in international cooperation, government liaison or development sector projects.
Knowledge Management :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science / Data Management from a recognized University. OR Master’s Degree in Information Science / Data Management from a recognized University and Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA
Upper age limit : 30 years
Emoluments (consolidated) : Rs. 40,000.00 (Rupees forty thousand) per month.
