Name of post : Assistant Manager-Civil Engineer

Education Qualification :
B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University /Institute.
Work Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in civil construction, project supervision, and site management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government projects, structural works, and quality assurance. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools, etc., Excellent communication, team coordination, and reporting skills.
Age Limit :
Not exceeding 35 years as on 1st October, 2026. The upper age limit is relaxable:
a) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 40 years
b) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, i.e. upto 38 years
Emoluments : Upto Rs.45,000/- per month
Name of post : Business Development Executive (Marketing – Retail)

Education Qualification :
MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized University /Institute.
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in retail marketing and business development, Proficiency in MS Office, MS excel, etc., Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for retail outlet visits, promotional events, and meetings.
Age Limit :
Not exceeding 30 years as on 1st October, 2026. The upper age limit is relaxable:
i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 35 years
ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, i.e. upto 33 years
Emoluments : Upto Rs.35,000/- per month (negotiable)
Selection Procedure :
