Qualification :
Full time Diploma course in Engineering from any Govt./Govt. Recognised/AICTE approved Polytechnic/Institution and the course duration should be minimum 3 years after H.S.L.C or equivalent or 2 years (Base) + 2 years (Diploma) course from Govt./Govt. Recognised/ AICTE approved institution. Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying examination of Diploma course in Engineering for the said post is required. In case of SC & ST candidates, minimum 50% marks is must in the qualifying examination of full time Diploma Course.
(a)For Junior Manager (Electrical): Full time Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
(b) For Junior Manager (Mechanical): Full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
(c) For Junior Manager (Information Technology): Full time Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/Computer Technology.
(d) For Junior Manager (Instrumentation): Full time Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
(e) For Junior Manager (Civil): Full time Diploma in Civil Engineering
Age :
The candidates should not be less than21years of age and not more than 38years of age as on 01-01-2026. The upper age limit is relaxable:
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years
(iii) Persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and UR Category candidates
(iv) For Ex-servicemen, the maximum age shall be 50 (fifty) years as on 01.01.2026 for Unreserved category, relaxable further by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
