National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Project Scientist-III under project entitled “Bioactivity guided fractionation, isolation and characterization of marker compounds from the edible fungus Cordyceps sinesis and Ganoderma lucidium” in 2026.

Qualification: PhD with preceding Master’s Degree of first class (M.S/M.Pharm/M.Sc) in chemistry or natural product chemistry or equivalent subject related to natural product
Desirable: Should have experience in natural product isolation, characterization, analytical techniques like HPCL, mass, NMR with proven track record in the relevant publications.
Maximum Age Limit : Up to 40 years as on the last date of application for General & EWS
category. Age relaxation of up to 5 years for OBC (Non- Creamy Layer) / SC/ ST/ Differently
Abled/ Women candidates.
