Sri Sri Aniruddhdeva Sports University (SASU) Chabua Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Assistant Professor (On Contract) in the disciplines of Sports Management and Sports Psychology in 2026.

Essential Qualifications:
(1) Sports Management:
a. A Master’s Degree in Management /Sports Management or an equivalent degree with at
least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is
followed) from a recognized University.
b. Preference shall be given to the candidate who have cleared UGC-NET or possess a Ph.D.
in accordance with the UGC Regulations (as amended from time to time).
(2) Sports Psychology:
a. A Master’s Degree in Psychology / Sports Psychology or an equivalent degree with at least
55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is
followed) from a recognized University.
b. Preference shall be given to the candidate who have cleared UGC-NET, SLET, SET or possess a Ph.D. in accordance with the UGC Regulations (as amended from time to time).
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for a walk-in-interview on 21st July 2026. Time of interview is 11 AM. Venue is in 2nd Floor, DICC Building, Near District Library, Dibrugarh
