Manab Kalita, a CRPF jawan, has been teaching yoga to the youths with the aim to boost their morale during this lockdown period.
A resident of Bajali, Kalita got married in February but he couldn’t join his duty in Kashmir due to the lockdown
“I want the upcoming generation to remain stress-free with a strong immune system and healthy body,” Kalita said while speaking to Northeast Now.
“So I am teaching yoga to the students by maintaining social distancing here at Gabindapur village,” he further added.
The Gabindapur village is situated in Bajali sub-division of Barpeta district.
The CRPF jawan also distributed masks, Chyawanprash and green vegetables to the students and poor who are struggling to earn a single meal a day.
