The team from Northeast on Friday conducted a full training session at Mamurdi in Pune. Head coach Joao De Deus led the practice session as the team fly to Pune for the next match.
“Highlanders conducted a full training session at Mamurdi, Pune as we prepare to face @FCPuneCity in our next match of the season,” United FC said in another tweet.
Ahead of tomorrow’s match, stand in skipper Jose Goncalves in a message to the fans said that the team is not in the right situation at the moment.

“I know we are not in the right situation at the moment. None of us want to be in such a spot. We are all working hard and we hope that we will make a turnaround against Pune. Thank you to all our passionate fans who have been with us through this phase,” Goncalves.
