Altogether, 51 corona infected patients in Tripura are receiving treatment in a paid COVID Care Center and private hospital in Agartala.
A private nursing home “Divine Touch Medi Clinic” has tied up with 3-starred Ginger hotel in Agartala with 30 beds available for providing COVID treatment.

Apart from this, a private hospital – “ILS Hospital, Agartala” is also providing COVID treatment to infected patients.
“Divine Touch Medi Clinic had reached an agreement with the state government in the last week of May, 2021. Patients can avail treatment at this luxurious facility at a relatively affordable price,” said Government spokesperson and Law minister Ratanlal Nath to Northeast Now.

Nath said “Apart from Ginger hotel, ILS Hospital in Agartala is also providing COVID treatment.”
“At present, there are seven patients undergoing treatment in Ginger Hotel while 44 patients are undergoing treatment in ILS Hospital,” said the Tripura Law minister.
On the other hand, dedicated COVID Care Centers have also been opened at Agartala Government Medical College and Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital, Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, and Tripura Medical College & Dr BRAM Teaching Hospital.
