Qualification & Experience :
1. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work- Mental Health or PG diploma in Counselling and allied fields with a minimum of 55% of Aggregate marks.
2. Five years of work experience in academic, research, and publication work.
3. Good writing and speaking skills.
Age Limit : Below 45 years of age at the time of appointment
Salary : Rs. 50,000/- per month
Job Roles :
1. Managing day-to-day operation and be the first point of contact for all the academic
2. Coordination with Academic and other Partners, cross functional co-ordination within and
outside TISS
3. Overall monitoring and review with all stakeholders
4. Develop and execute operational and engagement strategy for all the stakeholders including students, partners, faculties, and domain experts.
5. Assistance in organizing conferences
6. Assistance in publishing academic outputs of PG Diploma in Counselling Programme
7. Assist in academic matters related to the PG Diploma in Counselling Programme
8. Create and curate relevant ‘Open Source’ resources for students of PG Diploma in Counselling Programme
9. Assist in the Faculty Programme Coordinator in the Academic administration of the
programmes and other related short term programmes
10. Assist in research, teaching and training programmes/projects. Draft and write reports and literature reviews.
11. Develop collaborations with other institutions.
12. Any other matter as deemed by the Faculty In charge.
