Qualification :
1. Post Graduation in Commerce / Accounting/ Finance or equivalent from a recognized University
2. Preference to candidates with professional qualifications such as CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience :
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts, budgeting procedures, taxation, audit and financial management
2. Preference to candidates with experience in externally aided projects or any projects under Central Government/ State Government / Autonomous Body/ PSU or other Government Agency
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for walk-in-interview for the above post as per the following schedule-

Time of interview : 11 AM
Reporting Time : 10 AM to 11 AM
Venue of Interview : Conference Hall of GMDWSB, Kharguli, Guwahati-4
Candidates who appeared in the walk-in interview conducted on 06/03/2026 and 15/06/2026 against Advertisement No. GJB/GEN/12/2022/136 dated 21/02/2026 and Advertisement No. GJB/ GEN/ 12/ 2022/ 165 dated 06/06/2026 for the post of Chief Accounts Officer (CAO) shall not be eligible to participate in this Walk-in Interview. Their candidature will not be considered.
