Essential Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering with First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate
of Competency (Unrestricted) under the Metalliferous Mines Regulations.
Requirement of First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) is qualifying in nature, therefore, the Post Qualification years of experience towards the eligibility shall be countable after acquiring the Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
Minimum 20 years post qualification work experience.

Essential Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Commerce / Science / Engineering / Professional Studies [BBA / BCA etc.] with MBA with specialization in Personnel Management or Post Graduate ‘Degree / Diploma’ in Personnel Management / Social Work as acceptable under various Labour Legislation for working as Welfare Officer.
Preference: Along with the essential qualification, preference will be given to candidates holding an LLB (law degree).
Minimum 20 years post qualification work experience.
