A key meeting presided over byย Assam chief ministerย Himanta Biswa Sarma discussed the framework forย Gunotsavย in Guwahati on Sunday.ย
The first phase ofย Gunotsavย in Assam will be organised from April 5-7 and the second phase from April 20-22.ย
