National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Project Associate-I for the ANRF-ARG,
sponsored project in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering entitled “ALZ-RiskNet: A Multimodal Deep Learning Toolbox for Risk Prediction of Alzheimer’s using Longitudinal Neuroimaging, Blood, Genetics, and Cognitive Assessment Data” in 2026.

Age Limit : 35 years (as on the closing date of application)
Essential Qualification : B. Tech/B.E. in ECE/CSE/EE/E&I from the recognized university
Desirable Experience : Candidates having M. Tech. degree and having experience in the field of Machine Learning/ Deep Learning.
Salary : Rs. 37,000/- per month who are GATE/NET qualified else 30,000/-per month (+10% H.R.A as per the Institute norms)
