Atal Amrit Abhiyan Society Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Operation Manager, Service & Grievance Executive and Solution Architect in 2026.

Name of post : Operation Manager

No. of posts : 1

Qualification: An MBA from a recognized Institute/University

Experience: Minimum 10 years in related sector

Compensation: The compensation for the post will be Rs. 60,000/- per month consolidated.

Job Roles :

1. He/She will be responsible for coordinating with all Departments and Service Associations as well as ISA and eligible beneficiaries of AA-MMLSAY.

2. He/She will also be responsible for increasing the registration count of AAMMLSAY beneficiaries.

3. Supervising the Key Control System w.r.t. veracity of claims and their speedy disposal.

4. Adopting methods and monitoring the swift settlement of the claims once received from the field level.

5. Designing of SOP for different activities under the scheme.

6. Ensuring compliance with the procedural requirements as set up in the implementation guidelines of AA-MMLSAY.

7. Monitoring the information system about the performance outcomes of different functionaries and entities provided for in the scheme.

8. Conducting of registration camps on a regular basis in the Districts, residential
quarters of Government employees and headquarters etc.

9. Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the CEO.

Name of post : Service & Grievance Executive

No. of posts : 1

Qualification: Graduate from a recognized Institute/University

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in related sector

Compensation: The compensation for the post will be Rs. 40,000/- per month consolidated.

Job Roles :

1) Grievance Management of all complaints with regards to MMSLAY

2) Responsible for organizing meetings of District Grievance Committees

3) Maintain the Grievance Tracker

4) Analyze and take reports from the Call Center

5) Analyze reports from the Feedbacks forms of the Beneficiaries

6) Settle any issues related to the beneficiaries and any complaints received

7) Act as an interface between the Hospitals and the beneficiaries

8) Coordinate with District Nodal Officers and ISA

9) Settle any grievance raised from Dept., CMO or Honโ€™ble Ministerโ€™s Office

10) Pro-actively work with ISA and Service Coordinators to ensure all complaints are dealt with 24×7

11) Work with Sr. Manager and Ops Manager to ensure that complaints are not left open

12) Any other works assigned by the CEO

Name of post : Solution Architect

No. of posts : 1

Qualification: Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience : Minimum 8โ€“10 years of experience in enterprise IT systems. At least 3โ€“5 years of experience in solution architecture, analytics leadership, or technical team management.

Compensation: The compensation for the post will be Rs. 1,50,000/- per month consolidated. However, it is negotiable for suitable candidates.

Job Roles :

1. Architect and supervise development of automated dashboards using enterprise BI tools
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced analytics platforms)

2. Define standardized KPIs aligned with the objectives of the different schemes.

3. Analyse data and Develop dashboards.

4. Ensure real-time monitoring of performance outcome of various functionaries and entities
under the Scheme.

5. Establish automated MIS system generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

6. Oversee smooth flow of validated data into dashboards.

7. Provide trend analysis, risk indicators, anomaly detection, and performance insights to
leadership.

8. Develop APIs and integration frameworks for seamless data exchange.

9. To ensure that IT updates are communicated to stakeholders and necessary training is
provided from time-to-time.

10. Provide technical troubleshooting support related to Data flow issues, Software Integration failures, Dashboard performance, System outages etc.

11. Any other task assigned by the CEO, AAAS.
