Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the govt job of Programme Support Associate (I-FETP) for the Intermediate Field Epidemiology Training Programme (I-FETP) in 2026.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University
Desirable Qualification:
Preference to candidates possessing Post Graduate qualifications in one or more of the following disciplines: Public Health; Hospital Administration; Health Management; Business Administration or Commerce
Essential Experience:
Minimum five (05) years’ post-qualification experience in any of the following organizations: Government Department; Central Government Institution; State Government Institution; Government Medical College; Autonomous Body under Central/State Governments; Public Sector Undertaking (PSU); National Health Mission; Government-funded Public Health Institution; National Health Programme
Experience should preferably include one or more of the following: programme coordination; office administration; maintenance of official records; preparation of reports; procurement documentation; workshop/event coordination; Government correspondence; financial documentation
Desirable Experience:
Preference to candidates having experience in: Epidemiology or Public Health Programmes; PM-ABHIM; National Health Mission; Field Epidemiology Training Programmes; GeM Portal; PFMS; eOffice; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Data Management and MIS.
Remuneration:
Rs. 40,000/- per month. No Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Medical Allowance or any other allowance shall be admissible separately.
