Guwahati: ReelDrama, an OTT platform focused on Assamese-language entertainment, is set to launch its new original crime thriller web series Ghun in September.
Directed by Mrinmay Saikia, the investigative thriller will premiere in more than 130 countries.
The series begins with a hit-and-run accident in Guwahati. As the investigation progresses, it uncovers real estate deals and old political scandals.
The cast includes Bondip Sharma, Diksha Khaund and Himangshu Prasad Das, who plays a policeman, along with Saptarshi, Bonny Deori and Atul Pasoni. The series follows several characters whose lives become connected to the mystery surrounding the case.

Ghun is the latest addition to ReelDrama’s catalogue of Assamese films, web series and award-winning cinema. The series will be available in India and more than 130 countries, including for Assamese audiences living outside India.
