Higher Secondary (10+2) Passed and Computer Diploma/Certificate Course of Minimum 6 (six) months duration from any Govt. recognised institution.

The Candidates have to submit duly filled up (Assam Gazette Part-IX) Standard Form along with the following documents:
(a) Self attested copies of Certificates/Marksheets in support of educational qualification, Computer Diploma/Certificate (Minimum 6 months), Age Proof Certificate, Employment Exchange Registration Certificate etc.
(b) 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.
